New SA Graffiti Magazine!

BLAM! It's on it's way, and almost ready for print, yes - that's right, Adelaide is soon to have a BRAND NEW GRAFFITI MAGAZINE..

At the moment, the official name and a few other details are under wraps, however it is scheduled for mid-year at some stage (you know how these things always run to schedule, haha)... But one thing that is definate, is the content so far is fresh and the price is NOT going to be astronomical!

Submissions are still welcome for the first issue, so if you have any flicks lying around on your computer, or you have an album fatter than you mates mumma and need to get them scanned, then send me an email!

Remember - sketches / photos / canvases / walls, even stencils are all welcome, as well as interstate and international photos...

And if you contribute over 100 high quality (stylewise and resolution wise), previously unpublished images, then you will be entitled to a FREE copy of issue #1 in the mail.

Swarmy Does Rhino Room Tonight!

Tonight sees "The Big Man of Sydney Hip Hop" aka Swarmy G playing at Rhino Room. This promises to be a dope show, with DJ's Dyems, Shep, Stivan Kang, Nixon and Kirk providing the warmup entertainment.

For the price, you absolutely can't go wrong - ITS FREE BEFORE 10PM and $5 after.

I have had the privilege of sampling a few of the tracks on 'The Appetiser' EP, and judging from what I have heard, this is a very underrated release, definately not one to sleep on.. so head on down to Clinic 116 and sweat Justin or Dave for a copy and introduce yourself to one of the finer MC's to come out of Sydney!

Im guessing that doors open at around 8pm, and the entertainment starts around 10pm!
So get 'a foot through the door,' and head out to Rhino Room tonight!

Also Grandmaster Roc Raida is doing a set at Breakers (The old Lerox) in Light Square tonight, alongside General Knowledge, Shep, Del, DJ Sum-1, Nixon and Kim Dezen. Entry is $20 between 9pm and 10pm, and $25 afterwards... (Looks like Shep and Nixon have their work cut out for themselves tonight playing at both shows)!
